Registration Fee Standards

*Members refer to individual members of the CSEE or employees of corporate members.
*The above fees do not include the paper EI indexing fee

Paper Authors

Paper authors should complete registration and payment before June 15 and participate in the conference to present their papers as scheduled; otherwise, their papers will not be included in the conference. If you require EI indexing for your paper, please log in to the following link to submit your paper content and pay the EI indexing fee to the designated account. Authors are requested to scan the QR code below to join the authors' communication group.

Other Participants

Other participants should complete conference registration and payment before July 6.

Payment Methods for Registration Fees

The online registration system supports two payment methods: Alipay and bank transfer. Please ensure that you complete the online registration and payment before the conference and accurately fill in the invoice information.

Important Notes

1. All registration fees and payment are non-refundable with GST.
2. One single individual can register for a maximum of 3 papers, and payment is required for all 3 papers.
3. Student registration can avail of presenting 1 accepted paper. If a student wants to present 2 papers then the full registration fee should be paid.
4. Please note that only accepted and presented (Oral/Poster) papers will be published after the conference.
5. Registration includes attending the conference technical sessions, conference proceedings, buffet lunch and dinner.
